most out of your maintenance budget, and have some to spare. Some of these features are listed below.

25-50% Savings - Our services provide a minimum of 25% savings off of the MSRP manufacturer pricing. Our
pricing structure is also live, meaning it is as up to date as the manufacturers prices and are factored from those
prices directly.
Multi-manufacturer Networks - NNI's maintenance provides services for multi-manufacturer networks
eliminating the need for multiple service agreements. Only one TAC line, one contract ID, and a dedicated
account manager for your entire network maintenance support.
Onsite Hardware - NNI provides onsite hardware for all qualifying 4 hour contracts, this means that you do not
have to wait 4 hours for your replacement hardware, it is sent to your site upon implementation of the
maintenance agreement. Prices are also based off of the manufacturers 4 hour options, yet you get hardware on
site.
Reasonable Time Policy - If a hardware issue is not resolved within a reasonable time via our TAC line, an
RMA will be processed with the end-users permission to send out replacement hardware. This policy was put
in place to avoid end-users going through support procedures to only find out they were victims of hardware
failure. This minimizes network downtime and ensures hardware is received within contract parameters
